Re: Scam
Did you contact Sky? Otherwise if you had contact from 'Sky' it may have been the scammers and you've sent the devices to the scammers.

Re: Scam
Sorty to hear that has happened. You might have given access to your account either by responding to a fake email or phone call. Either way this link explains what to do:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover
You might want to also change your account password and setup two step authentication on it so each time you login s text with a code will be sent to your mobile. F you do set this up then it is important that you make a note of the recovery code as this is needed to turn it off which you would need to do if you want to change the mobile number tje texts go to.

Re: Scam
You most likely returned the devices to the scammers & not Sky. This is a well known scam, they pretend to be calling fro Sky & offer 40% off your bill - this is to obtain account information, they then order expensive devices on your account. Once received then call again to say a mistake was made & that you shouldn't have received the devices & to send them to a specific address or that a courier will call to collect them. Once the scam is complete they have the devices & the customer has the bills.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.
