Saved sky mobile datagone.

I had 40gb of saved data on.my sim.I checked today and it is 1.9gb.I only use a small amount of data,for maps.Any ideas?

It refreshed and my data was restored yesterday.

Hi @Mymobile66  as unused data now disappears after 12 months could this have happened?  If you use the my sky app or login to your account and navigate to your piggybank then it should show you there what's happened.

Possibly,but it was in My Sim data.Sky customer services always recommend not leaving data in Piggybank.I'm going to call them.Thanks for your help

Hi @Mymobile66  if you are saying it was on your sim then has not gone back into your piggybank then it sometimes takes a day to appear. Check again later today to see if it's back.
