I asked for a sim only deal, however, I've now been given a new sim & a new mobile number!!! I still use my current mobile number and want to keep it, so how do I get help with have 2

SIMS now???

Hi @Themother  if you ordered a new sim plan that would come with a new number. You can't port from one sky sim to another. If you don't activate the new sim it will drop off your account. If you want the new plan then your options are to call sky on 150 and ask them if they can apply the new plan to your old sim, they could well refuse. The other option is to port your old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim.

If you check your account @Themother that will show if the sim is activated.
