My son has locked himself out of his phone, I have tried everything u can think off but nothing is working, every time I try it blocks for 24 hours, my son is on the spectrum and he is not coping at all well, please help

Hi @Debbieb11  what phone is it ? If he is locked out and you cant get in via passwords etc then your only option will probably be a full factory reset. All data will be lost unless you have a backup somewhere.

Samsung a14, everything i try to do something it just locks it for a further 24 hours, happy to do a factory reset but it won't let me! Although my son is very unhappy about a factory reset
