Since when was SKY such a terrible company to deal with. I ordered a high value new mobile phone with contract for next day delivery. The credit check check was done and fully approved immediately and I then received confirmation emails late afternoon. It would now appear that the next day delivery is not happening, and the phone will now be delivered on Monday, great when nobody is home!!. I Only ordered because it was next day delivery...
i have been told I can change the delivery date, which is pointless, as nobody will be home during the day until next Saturday. They also refuse to deliver to my work address. Unfortunately Now they have done a hard search on me I'm sort of locked in, because 2 hard searches in 3 months effects your credit rating.
I have spoken with customer services, there communication standard & quality is exstreamly poor, very low standard of spoken English,, and a poor standard of understanding English. The Audio quality of the calls has been atrocious like they were speaking from another galaxy. It's a huge red flag when customer service corners are cut in such a drastic way!! So do I now cancel the contract which will effect my credit rating or just put up with the poor and unreliable service. If I had known sky was this bad I would have stayed away. When this happens It makes you lose complete confidence in Sky as a company....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe phone can only be delivered to the address that was on the account when it was ordered I'm afraid. If DPD don't divert it if they leave you a card you might be able to arrange a new delivery via their app or website.

DPD send a text or email with a 1 hour delivery time window if you, or someone with the same surname, can be at home for that short period. No one has to wait in all day.
