Samsung s24 cashback offer - invoice number help

Hi all

Im trying to register my cashback claim with samsung. Im up to invoice number section.

I saw a previous post about using my credit agreement number as the invoice number but have trawled through all my docs and can see no number within the documents, ive tried using my sky mobile account number but no joy - can someone help

These details should be in your credit agreement which can be found in your message centre:

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

You need to use your credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number.

Thanks for the reply, I can't see a credit agreement in my inbox, I've got a pre contract credit agreement but no actual agreement

Have you tried using your Sky mobile account number ?

Yeah tried that but the samsung website wouldn't progress

If that is the one you signed then try using the agreement number on that minus the letters.

Hi @Joeyshabado  you can also find your agreement number by going to the mobile tab on the my sky app then look at your bill, scroll down to the device and the agreement number is there.

Not liking the agreement number either - i think I'll give up for tonight as its too hot lol

Have you removed the letters @Joeyshabado  ? Or use your Sky account number.
