Ihave had my phone for less thank 12 months and it will not connect to my sky Wi-Fi - even when i add as a new network it will not connect - which means i am constantly using up all my mobile data

even when i press roam to find our home Wi-Fi its not listed at all

how do i get this resolved

Have you tried rebooting your broadband router at the mains and after powering it backup and leaving it for 10 minutes checked again with your device to see if it will then connect ?
