Customers visiting Spain and its associated islands etc have been experiencing problems for a while now so have you encountered this on a previous trip?

One possibility is that your spending cap is currently set to £0. For use in Lanzarote it needs to be possible for Sky to charge the £2 per day roaming fee applicable to Spain and its overseas territories in order for you to access your UK data, calls & texts allowance.
