Had Sky Mobile for a while now. Over a year I think, in that time I have stayed at the same address. Previously I haven't had any issues with signal, I could make and recieve calls fine from home with a reasonably good connection.
However, the past few weeks that has just evaporated. I keep having important calls with various people and organisations but the connection is bad and the call will just end out of nowhere. I literally just had a 20 minute pre-arranged phone appointment with someone and the call ended itself twice in that time.
Last week someone was urgently trying to get in contact with me but when I answered (twice) the call ended itself within the first few seconds both times. I had to get them to call my landline.
This is becoming untenable. I will be needing to have more phonecalls in the coming weeks but I don't know how many of them I will actually be able to do because out of nowhere my mobile signal has fallen like a rock.

It's worth remembering that Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so if there is an issue they (and you) are relying on a third party repair.
