Samsung fe 10 tab order - free buds not on order confirmation
Hi I have just ordered the Samsung 10 fe tablet. The offer states that you can get the ai keyboard and Samsung fe earbuds for free. I can see you apply for they keyboard on Samsung site when the tablet has been received but it said on the advert the Samsung buds will show on the order confirmation? How do I go about claiming for these?

@Mconway31 You need to claim the keyboard as per the order page:

To claim you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:
https://messages.sky.com/message-centre
Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Thanks I am aware I need to claim via Samsung for the keyboard. The buds are not in my order confirmation. I wondered if this was an error or whether I need to do anything? I ordered an hour ago.
