STEVEN JENKINS PHONE LOCKED

MY PHONE IS LOCKED  TRY MY 4 TO 6 NUMBERS HAD NO JOY AND MY FINGERPRINT IS NOT SHOWING ON MY MOBILES

If your phone has locked out and you do not know the passcode then it may be irrecoverable.

 

What phone is it?  Did you make a backup?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Typically you'd be able to factory reset the device, which wipes all local data.  No reputable manufacturer has backdoors (or at least they won't admit such things exist)
