New phone deal

Ordered new phone due to contract coming to end. The phone I oredered allows me claim ear buds and watch how do I claim this since Samsung are asking me for proof of invoice which skynhave not sent

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
