SOS only error

Hi,

I am new to sky mobile, I am in America this week and my phone is displaying an SOS Only error message. I have followed the instructions available on the sky website and restarted my phone several time, but it has not worked.

Please check my account, I don't think there is anything more I can do with the phone to fix the problem on my own.

Trish

Hi @MamsBrains  have you tried turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then try a manual search and try the networks in the list that comes up.

If someone has helped give them a thumbs up.

If their answer solved your issue mark it as the correct answer.

I won’t respond to direct messages so please post any problems on the forum.

Re: SOS only error

The instruction to request network settings does not work for me because it tries to send me a text message and my phone is SOS only.

I tried phoning the support number from another phone, but that number reports a call failed. Is there any way to talk to someone about this?
