Mobile order issue

I put an order through yesterday for a Google Pixel, now its stuck in a funny state, I called yesterday and they said not to worry, the status will update after the call, but it has not done, I tried calling again today, they said they referred my case as it was cancelled by the back-office, but I can't see any updates of this 'case' anywhere, I've not recieving an email.

I'm afraid there isn't much is customers can do here for you but to call them again to confirm that this order has actually been cancelled.

Okay thanks, guess its a waiting game then - the order doesn't appear cancelled anywhere on the Sky Mobile hub, it just says the order is delayed...,

The person I spoke to said he was going to open a case to get the mobile order back on track, he filled out a form over the phone and submitted it on my behalf and said I'd get an e-mail confirming this in about an hour.
