Hi all. Sky were offering the Samsung Galaxy Fold 6 phone in July that came with a free watch and S PEN case worth £89.99. This was the best offer on the Internet so I chose Sky. The phone arrived, then the watch but not the case. I've waited 2 months and paid 2 bills and still not received the case. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone and messaging Sky, who tell me to contact Samsung who tell me it's not them and to contact Sky! Sky then tell me there's no case coming, despite having screenshots of previous messages informing me there's a delay due to stock availability! Sky have offered me £10 as a goodwill gesture and told me to purchase the case elsewhere. I obviously declined this! I open up a complaint and they closed the same complaint despite me still being unsatisfied.
Has anybody else experienced this with the order and are still awaiting their promised advertised case? Surely I'm not the only 1. My order was placed on the 21st July.
Come on Sky, sort it out!

I'm hearing what you say. This particular deal was offered by Sky direct. I received 2 out of 3 items directly without the need to contact Samsung. I have contacted Samsung as part of my mission to obtain my case and they've categorically told me it's a Sky promotion not theirs, despite Sky trying to tell me otherwise! Utterly poor and pathetic service from Sky.

If they're trying to say the offer didn't exist I'm pretty sure that offer was if ordered 10th-24th, Sky Mobile did read me the terms on one of my many phone calls so they should have it to check.
Out of all my calls no one knew anything about the case/offers, except that loads of customers enquiring but just made up any excuse to end the call.
I had success after calling at 7:30pm, being the awkward customer asking why they told me it was Samsungs problem (I checked with Samsung also) so they put me on hold till home time (8pm) and they transfered me to TV dept who were excellent and gave D/D refund so I could buy it myself.
Free SPen case got delivered the week after (early august)
If they have no idea, hang up (if they dont hang up first) and ring back try different person 🤣. Similar experience this week trying to upgrade 2 phones but took me over their device limit, so took multiple calls to get someone who knows what to actually do.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. The last guy I spoke to today was a nice English guy and I'm confident in what he said he'll do. I'll give it another couple of days to see what happens then try your approach!

I'm fed up with sky, I have the same issue and I'm on the phone now with their helpline but they keep telling me the case wasn't included. It wasn't on the email confirmation but after the order was made successfully it mentioned that the case wouldn't show up on the email confirmation.
I'm now asking them to check what the offer was when I placed the order but they are not doing it. What do I even do in this situation?!?
I'm trying to file a formal complaint but she's saying I won't be able to do so until the complaint is "validated"

They've forced me to cancel my direct debit. They've breached their contract to me so I'm entitled to refuse payment until they deliver my case, as advertised.
You're not alone in fighting them.

I've never known such a rip off service that is Sky mobile. They promise you things they don't deliver then have you going around in circles trying to resolve things. One big con. Never again will I buy from Sky and nor would I recommend them. Diabolical service. Shame on you Sky.
