SOS in Australia Sydney

 

Hi, in Australia Sydney, my phone has shown a SOS  signal for a week. I can't receive calls or texts.

 

i've tried all the recommended steps and still has not worked - please can you assist? I need my signal urgently for texts and calls...

 

is there a network issue in Australia? Or is it just me?

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. We wouldn't know if there were an network issues where you are.
