I joined Sky Mobile last week. Huge mistake. Switching over my number on new sim card was no problem. But now I can't receive verification codes or one-time codes from my bank or other businesses that I use. I am literally locked out of my bank account. I finally got through to them after spending 2 days trying. I was told they have had many complaints about this particular problem and they have people working on the problem. But there is nothing they can do about it right now. I tried to go back to my original provider but to log into that account they send you a verification code. Which I can't receive!! I shoud've known Sky mobiles €15 a month plan was too good to be true. Would strongly advise against switching if you are thinking of doing so
