SMS to delivered to Lyca Mobile

Hi.

Noticed that I am not receiving text messages sent from SKY to Lyca Mobile.

Texts from Lyca and from Three are dropping in well so I think it is something with SKY to check.

150 is the number to call Sky on say they can take a report from you regarding this, they might want some examples of the numbers that you are not receiving text from.

The issue is marked as resolved by Lyca support after escalation but I still do not receive a texts from SKY. Any chance to reach SKY customer support without that IVR and AI nonsense garbage?

Apparently what you need to do is to not answer and questions asked and stay silent as you might then get through to an advisor.

Reached the customer service over the web chat. The issue still is not fixed. Customer agent Rachel after all regular troubleshooting steps with network settings reset, reinstall of SIM and network profile, restarts, suggested that it is the device issue and recommended to reach Apple customer support despite I reproduced the issue on another iPhone as well. The thing is that SMS texts are not working with only two of my own numbers and does work with so far all others. One of these number is Three and the other is Lyca. And when it does not work sometimes the Messages app does show red exclamation mark with failure notice and sometimes does not like it was sent out and I just do not receive it at the other end. Weird huh?
