SMS messages abroad

I'm currently travelling in Canada, I sometimes use Holafly eSIM for unlimited data/internet (which I successfully added onto settings).

When I first used it I still received SMS messages, however now I'm not receiving... I tried verifying my phone number on an app that required it, but no messages have come through!!!

How can I fix this? 
It just keeps saying no service when my phone is connected to WIFI or 5G....

Could it be connected to these issues some Sky customers have been experiencing in Canada for a few months?

Hi @Phoebe_L  if you are using a different network sim then you would need to contact them as it will be their issue not a Sky mobile one.
