Discussion topic: No network coverage

No network coverage

I went on holiday last week and activated an eSIM. Since I arrived I have not had any network coverage. I was sent a new eSIM last night via email but I was still not able to make any calls. I then deleted the new eSIM to re-install it but, the system will not allow me to do this.

Please can I get some help resolving this issue as I still do not have network coverage an is unable to make or receive calls or tex messages.

If you still can't get it working then you should be given the option to contact sky. If you can't call then use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.
