SMS from South Africa cannot be delivered

My south African Insurers are trying to update my details. The last step in the process is for me to respond to an SMS sent to my mobile.

This fails to deliver. I do not have any calls barred and my insurer tells me that their enquiries advise "call barred".

My settings reveal that call forwarding has a spam number recorded. "Who called me" tells me the number is associated with Spam. I cannot change this.

What is going on here?

Hi @woodwizard96  I would call sky on 150 so they can look into this for you. 

if there is no option of you changing that to "not spam" then a call to sky is all I can suggest.
