Activating sim without any payment details

Hi,

 

I got a 12 month sim card delivered this week that requires no payment for the first year. In setting the sim up, it requests partial bank details or credit card details, but I haven't provided any as they were not asked for. 

 

I've tried the account number that I use to pay for my TV and broadband, but this isn't being accepted. Any ideas?

You will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” might be the number to use:
