overseas banking app needed to send a OTP via SMS to register. Sent multiple times and didn't receive the sms.
Contacted the bank overseas and they said it was Sky blocking the number. I have no blocked numbers on my phone as I've recently performed a factory reset (old Samsung 9+)
This will need reporting to Sky on 150 so they can take down the details of this issue and for it to be investigated by the relevant team at Sky.

This is an ongoing issue, which is really frustrating. I am tied into a 2 year contract and am unable to receive texts from my overseas bank. Lots of threads about it with no solution.....most say it works after 2 weeks. Mine did initially, but has now stopped working again.
