Apparently your complaints team have tried to contact me and, because they couldn't, they assume they can close my complaint!
They can't contact me because none of my sims are working and they fail to grasp the notes explaining to use WhatsApp instead.

I think it was on the same day for me although all they ended up doing in the end was echoing what the Help Desk had told me. In other words I was back to square one.

I have been waiting for three days for a response from the community team and nothing!
9 days without any mobile network connection on 7 sims and nothing!
Not once has Sky contacted me.

Still no contact from anyone...no one is in the slightest bit interested in resolving this serious matter- time to contact the consumer page on The guardian I think

Miraculously all 7 sims came back on at 5pm today...no explanation, apology or contact at all.
Still waiting for any response from sky. I think I shall vote with my feet shortly.

Great to hear that they are all working again. Exactly the same thing happened with me, all of a sudden the SIM started receiving a signal. Out of nowhere, they also gave me full monthly credits for the 4 SIMS on the contract - I found that out by looking at the bill at the end of the month! Sky Mobile are really poor at communicating with their customers!

Yes exactly the same has happened to me and it's been nearly 3 weeks now glad I've read your experience but sky could of said this I've Rand at least ten times

Disappointing to hear that Sky Mobile are still horrendous at communication. Hopefully they've offered you a credit to compensate for the lack of signal, although I'm sure that you would prefer to have them provide a professional service.

I have the same problem with a sim. I ordered 2 esims that work perfectly and a physical sim for my sons phone. His sim was activated on 22nd August and I have been ringing Sky ever since as his phone wont connect to any network (he is in UK) despite following all the various have solutions they have offered. Eventually the problem was escalated and I got a phone call followed by an email detailing 9 differnt solutions. My son followed these and solution 9 worked and his phone connected. This lasted for 24 hours and then I was back ringing customer services again. Their solution was for my son to call them off another phone so he could tell them the message he got up on his phone. As Sky can not call or be contaced on WhatsApp he had to do this on saturday. This has not solved the problem so I put in a complaint and the email response is it might take 10 days to get back to me. I then rang Sky again today to be told that as there is ongoing complaint on the system I have to wait for the complaints department to get back to me. This has been an ongoing issue since 22nd August and I dont know whre to go or how to resolve it. Any help or asvice much appreciated. I have spent hours and hours ringing Sky.

Frankly, I don't think that anything I did meant that my problem was resolved any faster or caused Sky to refect on how they were handling it. The Technical Team seem to work in a bubble and the job of the Complaints Team is protect them from the pressure of dealing with the customer. Incidentally I was able to contact Sky Complaints via WhatsApp as well as by phone.

My sons new iPhone 17 pro max has the same issue
Sim doesn't work with the network , no 3G or 4g
just works with WiFi
Will contact sky technicians today

Working okay now , the problem for the sim not working (no 3G or 4g)was because when my son transferred all his old iPhone data to his new phone he mistakenly done it through e-sim instead of normal sim, when setting up ,luckily we had a spare sim and sky team transferred his contract to the spare sim
