SIM card

I took out 2 new iPhone with eSIM contacts  about 3 weeks ago both phones was delivered I opened the one and loaded it up and tried to do the eSIM Which didn't work rang sky up and they tried over the phone but also couldn't do it they cancelled both the new ESIM and tried doing new ones over the phone again they tried this about 4 times without success so said they would send  normal sims out instead which would take about a week to be delivered and would drop the price of the for the inconvenience. Waited just over a week and nothing came rang sky back up to be told they had both been cancelled over confusion with my address that was changed a month before but they would put them though again fast delivery they I had a text message 2 days later to say they had both been cancelled and I couldn't have then due to credit checks so now I have 2 new iPhone with no sims that I have to pay for..  I'm so confused because the sims was taken out with the phones and didn't work so why they now refusing them

If Sky are saying you are failing the credit checks for the sims you only option is to go elsewhere as the phones are unlocked so any sims can be used in them as I can't see a way around this at present.
