Hi @Bigd007  no, you are only charged once a sim is sctivated.

Hi @Bigd007  no, you are only charged once a sim is sctivated.

No, only activated dataplans are charged.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That is correct, if you do not activate the sim it will be cancelled so you should not be charged for it.
