Credit Agreements

I have cancelled my mobile credit agreement by mistake 

How can I undo that?

What have you actially done , have you previously signed the credit agreement?

I had thought I had signed the agreement and pressed yes to accept the contract 

But was then told I had cancelled the agreement which I didn't want to do

If that is what Sky told you then you might have to go through the ordering process again which will mean you will be credit checked again unless they can restore this cancelled one ?
