SIM card error

I got the Samsung galaxy tab A9+ but got the E-sim only to find out it's not actually compatible. Got in touch with sky and they've sent me out a replacement physical SIM card. Put the SIM card in and it needs activating, when I've gone online it's only coming up with the E-sim not the physical sim to activate, can someone tell me if there's an easy way round this or if I need to ring someone?

I just purchased the Tab A11+ and made same mistake and ordered an esim, Sky have sent me a physical sim that needs activtion. Like you i dont have the option, did you get this resolved?
