SIM card activation

New customer and very unhappy one

countless pointless calls and getting no where with it.

my number was due to be ported on the 2nd and still today the 8th I've only had partial port over so no one can ring or send me messages!!

 

absolute disgrace of a company if it's not sorted today I'll be terminating my contract!!

What did Sky say the delay was down to, was it down to them or your previous network not releasing the number ?

They haven't given an explanation.

told me it's been partially done and that it's! Absolute disgrace and every time you make contact it's the same useless **bleep**.

nothing to do with the previous provider I've rang and checked in case I got told that **bleep**. Has far as they are concerned it's done their end!!
