SIM Card not received

Hi, 

I ordered a new SIM card from Sky Mobile on 28/9/25 and still have not received in the post. I assume it has gotten lost, how do I go about getting a replacement sent to me?

I am a new customer, and obviously still haven't activated it

You could just order another one, do make sure your address is correct:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.
