Unknown number

I've just switched to sky and have four new accounts we all transferred are old mobile numbers with the Pak code but all of the numbers who call us come up as unknown number

Are you all sim only customers and if so what phones do you have ?

Yes all SIM only all oppo but 2 of the Sims are working correctly

You could try refreshing the network settings:

 

To refresh network settings on an OPPO phone, go to Settings, then find and tap on System Settings or Additional Settings > Back up and reset > Reset phone > Reset network and Bluetooth settings. This will reset your Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile data configurations to their defaults, deleting saved passwords and connections.
