First time caller please be gentle. I have raised a complaint with SKY on this matter today.
As far as sky is concerned their is nothing they can do these are happening on a regular basis(weekly) I recognise a scam call, I block a scam call and of course the number changes, I recognise a scam call I block a scam call the number changes a pattern is forming?
Of course SKY admits there is nothing they can do I have been a sky customer of some 23years.
Does anyone please have any idea as SKY IS being reactive and not proactive is there a Government Department or Public Authority I can complain to about sky I acn find nothing to help me move on with this any idea will be most welcome?
Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUnfortunately there is nothing Sky can do to prevent scammers either calling you from a PAYG mobile or spoofing a number before calling you.
See Skys advice on the forum albeit from 4 years ago

As already noted there's very little they can do other than provide advisories.
