No 5G

I have returned from abroad from my holidays and since returning I have no 4/5G I have no signal.

Hi @Paul3  try restarting your phone. If this doesn't work and it's an iPhone go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there.

Make sure the phone is now set to home as per this:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home
