Rolled over data disappeared

Just had new bill, went to roll over monthly unused data from 1 device to another (all fine) but noticed previous rolled over data totally disappeared!  I thought it was ours to keep & use as we see fit, is it time limited as have been saving & rolling over over several months.  A large amount too, 86 odd GB.......

It might just be a temporary glitch so if it hasn't reappeared after a few days then you will need to call Sky on 150 to report this to them so they can look into it for you,

Called sky, no explanation as to what/why data was sucked off account....explained definitely wasn't me.  Refund of approx data given back to me....it was a mystery!
