Smart watch

I ordered the accessories apple smart watch series 10 upon delivery it was faulty kept turning off would not connect to my iPhone from day 1 I have not used the watch I sent it back nearly 2 months ago heard nothing also still being charged for it what do I do

Hi @Jamesdunks90  you will need to call sky to find out what's happening. Call on 150 from a sky sim.
