Phone transfer not working and been without a number for a full day
I am really praying someone can help.
I got my new phone on Tuesday morning so immediately got the pac code from Vodafone and set it up via sky. Was told would be done by the next day. But no worries I can still use the number on Vodafone untill done.
12 pm Wednesday afternoon my old
phone suddenly stops working on that number so presumed it had transferred but to my surprise the new phone was still on the sky number not my Vodafone number.
I ring sky and they say it's just transferring and will be done by 5. Gets to after 5 and still nothing , told it definitely be done in next few hours. It's now nearly been 12 hours where I don't have access to my phone number and now 36 hours from first entering the pac code.
I've tried everything from the forums.
when I reset the new phone the my number changes to my Vodafone number but within ten mins it reverts back to the sky. Any help as I'm stressing and was waiting for an important call on my old phone

Re: Phone transfer not working and been without a number for a full day
If the number hasn't transferred to the Sky sim then is it still working on the Vodaphone one because if it is you should still be able to use it. If it isn't then you will have to contact Sky again because as customers here we are limited in what we can do for you.
