Rolled data query
I roll unused data into my Piggybank each month and rarely have to use extra data. I went on my statement and it looks like 11G of data was used in June, on 1 day (when I would have been at work). Is there a way this could have been used without me rolling the data over myself? I only ever roll over 1GB at a time and that's rarely.
thanks.

Re: Rolled data query
@zoedrackford As of 4th June you can only keep the last 12 months worth of data anything older was automatically deleted on that date
communication about this change was included in the April 24 price increase notification

Re: Rolled data query
So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it. That could account for 11GB being removed in one go if thats the amount that's more than 12 months old. The data usage / removal is itemised in your online bill.
