I've tried to roll about 17 gb of data today to my daughters sim but it's still not showing up so as it stands she can't use her phone I've phoned sky and they have escalated it to be looked at on Monday but that means she can't use her phone all weekend ??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou/she might find it catches up so don't be tempted to roll it over again to her device. Other than that there isn't anything you can do to speed it up but hope that it does catchup soon.
