Rolled data from piggybank and it shows in App but phone constantly shows "out of mobile data"

Hi - hope someone can help.  I have rolled some piggybank data to one of the sims on my mobile plan.  The MySky app shows that the data has rolled but when using the phone it constantly gives the message it is out of mobile data.

I have tried toggling Airplane mode on and off, and then resetting network settings but neither have worked.  Has anyone had this issue before an can suggest anything to try?

I think you will need to report this to Sky on 150 so that they can investigate this for you.

This happens to me also i use 5G out of my piggybank for my daugthers phone and nothing happens so i have to use another 5G than it comes up with 5G of data.. so im having to use 10G but only recive 5G lol do well
