Ordered a MacBook over two months ago?

Ordered a MacBook on the 19th September 25... it's 13th November today. I've rang and emailed and used the online chat thing and every single time I get the same response from them 'you'll be notified when it's dispatched, should be 1-2 weeks' .... what can I do?

Did you sign the credit agreement ? Maybe they are waiting for you to sign it so they can send it out ? Just an idea 🙂
