Roaming
I been charged. Roaming without pressing mobile. Data on. Agent help me and says refund all the £2. It's been added onto my bill & it's been taken out. After she said she refund it. What can I do I'm in France.

Have much have you been charged as roaming kicks in at £2 for 24 hours use when you make a call, send a text or use mobile data so how have you used your phone since you arrived in France ?
