Roaming

Currently abroad and trying to use internet. 
Have spoke to sky, set my price cap and told I should be able to use mobile abroad. 
I have switched on roaming, but if I'm not on hotel Wi-Fi, I have no signal. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Gil3  what country are you in ? There have been a few reports of issues in France and Canada.
