Have you been charged for a non return fee and if so do you have the proof of posting receipt with the tracking details on it ?

What items did you return? Have you proof of posting whatever it is back?

Hi @Rodica93  it can take 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed and if your bill was created in that time span then you would have been charged for the returned device. You should be refunded next month.
