Roaming passports not activating in USA for 3rd day
We arrived on holiday in USA on 31 March and are on day 3 where none of our roaming passports are activating for 4 Sky mobiles and can't access data without wifi. Messages from Sky say we would go over monthly limit which is nonsense as bill is all paid off and I've artificially set all limits v high to try to combat the issue. One of our sons has serious allergies and carries an EpiPen and am worried we won't be able to call for help if needed. I spoke to Sky contact centre tosay who acknowledged the glitch and said it has been fixed for us- it hasn't. Is anyone from UK travelling to USA experiencing similar? Please help!

Thank you so much, after you did that I interacted with a Sky employee who sorted the issue- the first set of Sky employees sadly didn't. I still don't accept the issue being what it was and will take up with Sky on return from America. Anyone with the same issue I suggest you interact with an actual Sky employee- not bot- online.

We've just landed in the Us and I'm having the same problem. My daughters phone is working fine but mine isn't. Did you have to call sky directly?

Yeah but honestly calling didn't help- the Sky colleagues I spoke to said it was all sorted and it wasn't. It was only when. I posted here that an advisor had an online interaction with me

Thank you so much for replying so quickly. I am so frustrated. I can't get through to anyone. This has happened to me the majority of times I have gone abroad. Mostly Europe but now the US.

Sky roaming not working in US
We've just landed in the US and my phone is stuck on SOS mode. My daughters phone (also Sky) is working fine. I have tried all the suggestions options and nothing. Sky are being absolutely useless. Can anyone help?

So the fix the second lot of sky employee I interacted with found was to prepay my next Sky mobile bill- I had already paid off my existing bill and then I prepaid £100 even though no bill was showing. This makes no sense at all but it seems to have unblocked the system. Try that too?

Hi Tom,
I am experiencing the same issues.
I arrived in Italy on 18th April and after 2 days of Roming Passport Plus working fine, it failed to renewed on 20th April.
I have tried all that is suggested on the website but without success.
I am travelling alone with two children and I need to have a working phone please.
Would you please be able to help ?
