Roaming issues Germany

I have been informed by my daughter, she is unable to have data whilst she is away in Germany, with school. I have a good amount on the spend cap and when looking on roaming passport, Sky reports it should automatically be on when data, call is used abroad.

Myself or daughter have not recieved any text reporting it is in use, and she is unable to contact at the moment as she has no data to reply with. 

I have spoken to robot and not fixed anything and can't find any numbers to call sky mobile and speak with an actual person. 

 

Could this be fixed please?
