Cannot Sign Agreement

Hi!  I am totally unable to sign the credit agreement on a new phone.  The website (via two browsers) just goes round in a loop of blue sign credit agreement blocks.  I tried my mobile phone and the same issue.

 

Do Sky not want to sell devices anymore?

I left it for 4hrs and remarkably it just went through. Thanks for the guidance all the same
