My roaming worked in Singapore but since arriving in Australia I haven't been able to make or receive calls. The so-called help menus are unhelpful. Sky contact is unresponsive. Any advice?

Hi @Richard265 there have been a few reports in the last couple of days of customers in Australia having issues. If the troubleshooting below doesn't work there's not much else we can suggest.
