Roaming Passport Plus - Vietnam

Hi everyone.....help I'm going mad....off to Vietnam and according Skys website it looks like it is included in the Roaming Passport Plus: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-roaming-passport-plus. 

However I have had a Live Chat with Sky to double check and the member of staff says it isn't included in Roaming Passport Plus and that possbile it's a glitch on the website?! 

Anyone been to Vietnam and used any calls and data? What were you charged?

Vietnam is also listed under RPP in the Tariff.  So it should be £2 / 24 hours.

You might be lucky if someone has been recently and can confirm...

Yep seen that as well, so no idea why the Sky member of staff says it isn't? - Will try and call them as it will be costly to customers if their website is giving incorrect info!

It was added into the tariff on 6 August - so quite recent...  Perhaps some staff are unaware.
