Hi

I've been in US for around a week and my roaming passport has suddenly stopped working. I received a welcome text and everything was working fine, but now can't send receive texts or make calls. I keeping getting a pop up saying refreshing sim data. Can anyone help please.

Although you don't have to have it set do you have a spending cap set and if you do is it high enough to cover you stay at £2 per day ?

Failing that have you done a manual search for all available networks to see if your device will connect to a diffeeent one that then works ?

I had to restart my phone a couple of times.

(But check the spend cap as above)
