Returning faulty iPhone
Hi I'm trying to return a faulty phone and I have been sent two packages to return,both with different reference numbers etc just wondering why I have been sent two and should I just use one?

I should imagine that both will go to the same place so no matter which one you use make sure you get and keep proof of posting.
